January 11, 2008 -- The Staff of Boating South attended the Atlanta Boat Show to promote Ken's books; On the High Seas and The Nautical Companion a Glossary of Terms and Knowledge

  

January 14-16, 2008 ----Savannah, Thunderbolt, Wilmington Island, : Starting in Savannah with research and photography session with noted local photographer; Brian Stovall of Camden Light Studio and signing on Monday afternoon, then to Tubby's Tank House in Thunderbolt  as a guest of the "Geechee Sailing Club" to talk on the origins of the organization in 1968.

At the Geechee Sailing Club meeting, Ken presented for the first time his new book;The Nautical Companion, a Glossary of Terms and Knowledge, the reception by the Geechee Sailors was outstanding and book sales soared to a new level.

Tuesday January 15th, guest of Sonny Dixon and Jody Chafin hosts of 'Mid - Morning Live'WTOC-TV, Savannah's CBS affiliate,

 

 

Signing at Trends & Traditions in Savannah

followed by a book signing event at Trends and Traditions, an art gallery which offers a limited selection of books by local authors.

        

  Friday, January 18, 2008  - Ken reads On the High Seas at a fireside gathering of friends and local educators.
